Turn on the storefront button (theme app embed)

ResReturn adds its storefront button as a theme app embed. Nothing is added to your theme code, and you can turn it off at any time.

Turn it on

1. 1In ResReturn, open Integrations and click Add to theme — this opens your theme editor with the embed selected. Or go to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
2. 2In the theme editor, open App embeds (the icon in the left sidebar).
3. 3Switch on Returns & Exchanges.
4. 4Optional: change the button label, choose the left or right corner, or add a link in the footer instead of the floating button.
5. 5Click Save.

What shoppers see

Shoppers click Returns & Exchanges and land on your store's returns page (yourstore.com/apps/iade), shown inside your theme. Logged-in customers see their orders right away; guests enter their order number and the email, phone, or postal code used on the order.

Check that it works

• Open your storefront in a new private window and look for the button.
• Click it and confirm the returns page opens inside your store's theme.
• Log in as a test customer and confirm your test orders are listed.
