Getting started on Shopify

ResReturn runs inside your Shopify admin. There is no separate account or password: you install it from the Shopify App Store and open it from Apps in your admin.

1. Install from the Shopify App Store

1. 1Open the ResReturn listing on the Shopify App Store and click Install.
2. 2Review the permissions ResReturn needs (orders, returns, products, customers, draft orders, discounts, store credit) and approve.
3. 3Choose the ResReturn Plus plan. Billing is handled by Shopify: $99 every 30 days with a 7-day free trial, charged on your Shopify invoice.
4. 4ResReturn opens inside your admin. Your store is connected automatically — you never type your store address.

2. Turn on the storefront button

Enable the Returns & Exchanges app embed so shoppers can start a return from your online store.

3. Add returns to customer accounts

Logged-in customers can request a return directly from their order page.

4. Review your return policy

In ResReturn, open Policy to set your return window, which resolutions you offer (refund to the original payment method, store credit, exchange), and any items that are final sale.
